Injury Consultation
A full subjective and objective assessment where function, muscle testing, special tests, joint ranges of motion and return to sport testing will be assessed.
Sports Massage
Have a well-needed sports massage to release tension, help with recovery and reduce pain. Unlikely this will cure your injury, but it will help with symptoms, and help you feel better!
Rehabilitation Session
I will plan and conduct a 1-1 rehabilitation session with you. The session will be necessary for your injury, goals and ability. I provide rehab sessions for injuries such as ankle sprains, achilles tendinopathy, knee meniscus damage, ACL ruptures, shoulder pain/instability, rotator cuff tears, frozen shoulder, lower back pain and sciatica. This is the answer for long term improvements and an injury free life!!
Rehabilitation Program
A customised rehabilitation program to suit your injury. This can be over a 4, 6, 8, or 12 week period. Receive a program during each phase of your injury. Including the acute phase, proprioception followed by the hypertrophy phase, strength phase, plyometrics, sports specific phase and return to sport phase. Get moving and build your self confidence after the work you’ve put in during our sessions and start rehab/exercising on your own. However, we are only a phone call away if you need further advice in the future!!!

On average i sign off client after the 3rd session. Sometimes it will take longer depending on the injury and severity. Block booking will save you money and recover quicker
